The Guest House Off Park offers self-sufficient travelers visiting New York City affordable alternative accommodations. The Guest House is made up of 16 apartments of varying sizes which can sleep up to six guests per room in turn of the century walk-up buildings. There is one apartment on the ground floor and one apartment which is accessible by elevator.  No one of our apartments is wheelchair accessible.  All of the apartments are either studio or one bedroom units. Each has its own bathroom and kitchenette. We provide linens and dishes.

The Guest House off Park is located on a residential street in the middle of the Murray Hill neighborhood. Situated between Park and Madison Avenues in the Murray Hill section of New York, it is a short walk to the Empire State Building and Macy’s. The Guest House is conveniently located near Grand Central Station and Penn Station.

If you want to experience the thrill of Times Square’s energy, the beauty of the lights of Broadway, the majesty of the Statue of Liberty and the stimulating energy of New York Public Library and the vast array of museums, the proximity of the guest house to these locales is ideal. Whether it’s the Apple© store, Sak’s or Macy’s, Murray Hill is adjacent to some of the most famous retail stores in the world.

A block from the eastside subway line (#6) and three blocks to the Westside lines, all of New York’s marvels are an easy excursion.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer concierge service bellman service, daily maid service, food snacks or luggage store room. We do offer weekly maid service and 24/7 key pick-up around the corner from the Guest House. Of course we are happy, whenever possible, to make every effort to assist you should you need an early check-in or check-out. There is a two night minimum and our rates are based on double occupancy. We do not give discounts for single travelers.  Our rates start at $159.00, plus applicable taxes.
